So have you all played the ice sport curling before? I was in a league last year but now just getting ready to start for 2011.

Seeing as how I was born & raised in Mississippi, I didn't see much frozen water growing up! I have seen curling on TV, though, during the Olympics. It looks like Shuffleboard on ice. I might be able to do it!

Living in Minnesota I have see a lot of winter sport and ice.

Play for first time since Febuary and my team wins 9-7. I was skip and had good takeout for a 5 point end in 3rd. They had shot rock for 1 and I take it out with hammer for 5 points lol.

I have a friend in Grand Rapids, Minnesota! She is on the local Curling team! They are sweeping tonight
