Friday the 13th-movie night

Post by Spooky » Tue Jul 10, 2007 11:25 pm

In honor of this friday the 13th...I wanted to see if anyone else wanted to watch Friday the 13th...cause I will be. I am friends with Adrienne King, she was the lead in the first one and was in part 2, and I told her I was going to tell everyone I knew to watch the movie friday. She is an awesome person, I am lucky I have got to know her. I am going to be going to the real life place that the movie was filmed at...within the next 2 weeks. So, it is cool that this week ...friday falls on the 13th!

Friday the 13th is the ultimate horror movie, and a great summer movie.

If you have never watched the first one, go get it! :D

Adrienne is the girl that kills Jason's mom. I also did get Betsy Palmer to autograph a poster for my friend who is a huge fan of the Friday the 13th movies.
Adrienne is an artist, you guys can check out her website.....it is:

Adrienne is also in the 2nd Friday the 13th...she was in the very beginning.

She is the one that emailed me last night and said Happy Friday the 13th, or I would have not connected this friday as being on the 13th.

(note if you see me posting over the next ten days, it's rare and cause I lucked out enough to be on someone else's computer)

I will most certainly be watching F13. I am one of that franchises biggest fans.

I won't have any troubles finding a Friday the 13th film to see. I own the box set.

True story:
When my Baby Brother was in Grade four or five, he did a story about murders at a summer camp. One kid is stabbed repeatedly. One is shot diving off a board. You get the idea. At the end, the killer is beaten to death by the remaining campers.
His teacher was VERY upset by this. Mom and Dad really gave him a lecture when he got home and he had to do ANOTHER story to make up for it so he wouldn't get an F.
Time passes. We go and see THE ORIGINAL Friday 13th at the drive in.
His face turned redder and redder. He LITERALLY could not speak. Finally, his date, a sweet girl gently squeezed his hand and asked WHAT was WRONG. He looked at her with this far away STARE and said:"Nothing. It's just that if a CERTAIN OLD BAG had just MINDED HER OWN DAD BLAME BUSINESS I could be a MILLIONIARE right NOW.."
Future events such as these will effect you in the future

If you're waiting because of your parents' request then I think it is great that your family seems to be looking out for your best interests and having you wait to watch movies with some pretty gruesome content. Way to stick to your guns and live with integrity.
