Yay thanks for the heads up, Spooky!
I've been hoping I hadn't missed it yet.

I watched Charlie Brown for the first time and it was great, I loved it! I remember seeing little bits and pieces of it as a kid but never sat down to watch it in it's entirety. I love how simple and innocent it is, my kids were glued to it too! I also LOVE Hocus Pocus, I think we must have watched it a MILLION times!

This was your FIRST TIME watching the holy grail of Halloween?!

Excuse me...I'm going to faint.

It makes me want to have a ceremony of some type for you ILMM, like a graduation or bat-mitzvah. :)

I remember when it was one of the only animated Halloween specials on TV. That was at a time when about the only animation one saw outside SatAM were specials. Although Charlie Brown specials were fairly common (or at least they seemed to be) so The Great Pumpkin didn't stand out as much as it does today. (Most of the old Charlie Brown specials aren't aired anymore.)

Of course I actually prefer Garfield's Halloween special.

Seriously...what was wrong with those neighbors of his?!

Try giving out rocks in this day and age and CPS will be knocking in your door.
