Haddonfield, NJ is very much like the Haddonfield in the movie. Who knows, could have been the inspiration.

In fact, it was the inspiration as Debra Hill (co-director) grew up around Haddonfield NJ. As far as how many times he was killed....
He wasnt killed, right? He was shot and fell backwards off the balcony into the bushes, but then got away....is this a trick question?

Yeah, the funny thing is that when he was getting killed, then he returned back alive again... That's strange, isn't that correct?

I am going to see the new movie with my dad tonight at 10. I really hope it's a good spin on John Carpenter's masterpiece. Man, I was buying my advance tickets today and this huge group of (I'm sorry in advance) ditzy blondes waltz up and said, We're going to see Halloween 'cause it looks freaky!" One guy says, "Did you see the original?" the head girl says, "There was an original???"
WOW.

Incorrect. If you look at the clock on the while Michael gets the knife, it says 9:25 PM.
There is no way it could of taken him 35 minutes to get up those stairs...
