Been there; done that.
Loved it; hated it.
Wouldn't trace the experience for love nor money.
Well...maybe pre IPO stock, fully vested.

Just finished watching Svengoolie (House of Dracula), now the first episode of Lost in Space is on. Don't think I've ever seen this one before.

I saw it first run in theaters, too. Always enjoyable.

I watching Zombieland for the third time tonight. Being lazy, don't feel like selecting something else so I just keep replaying it.

We're keeping the Olympics on TV. The cycling races were insane this weekend! That descent! OMG! The motorcycles couldn't keep up with the cyclists, who kept peddling even as they plunged down the s-curves of the mountainside! I have never seen anything like it. The top seeds all crashed. Insanity!

If you lived in California youd see that cr*p all the time.

Really? Californians are psycho cyclists?
You know, I was struck by how Euro-centric cycling seems to be. Why should that be, I wonder?

They travel in bovine-like herds and are just about as intelligent.

So, I gather you don't care for that sport?
We are watching Michael Phelps rack up the gold.

More importantly; do you remember seeing Amsterdam?

Well, I do remember seeing masses of Europeans riding bikes instead of driving cars on the TV news in my early childhood. My mother told me it was because they couldn't afford cars, and in the late 50s/early 60s, that was probably true. Europe took longer to recover from WWII than we did. But I haven't seen images like that in many decades.
I do genuinely wonder why cycling doesn't seem to have the same appeal to, say, Asians or Africans.

Asian countries have their fair share.
