No I don't think so Spooky. We made avatars that look like the locals on that planet to try to talk them into moving.

ah well, I havent seen it yet, I saw a clip tho where one guy tells the other "heres your avatar" and it's a blue guy in a water tank or something....

I looked at the newspaper about this movie, and people gave it 8 out of 10 ratings. Very good movie, though... I wish I would go see it, but I can wait when it comes out straight to DVD. ;)

This is one movie that I will never see due to the treatment of marines in the movie and the anti-American vibe throughout. Before you ridicule me, think back about how they were portrayed in this movie. Sorry, I see everything through my belief system.

I havent seen the movie but I did see Jay Leno ask Cameron about that very thing...........Cameron says his brother was a marine and he has nothing but respect for the military and the marines in general, but he didnt say anything about the current situation in this country or the role the military was playing in it.........I'll wait till it goes to BlockBuster and I get it for basically free.
