Love that movie...one of my favorites and I watch it about 3-4 times during Halloween season and 3-4 times throughout the year. Love the color and pallette of this film and most Burton films...

Just finished watching The Grudge (American version). I hadn't watched it in years. It's not bad, but I never saw the original, which everyone said was better.

A documentary about crop circles.

I'm pretty sure that in the current paranoia climate in the U.S., that would land you in a special room for a long talk with men who's pasts have been erased.

It occurred to me, after the scene where Max jumps up on the stage and Winnie goes into song, that it would be cool to do that at a real Halloween party. Rush up to the mic and tell everyone that you just spotted a real ghost and then, just as they are starting to laugh at you, have something materialize out of thin air.

Or have someone in a witch costume on a broom, put them in a harness and have them land in the middle of the party. It would take some work but if you seriously scare one person it would be worth it.

I watched this last night as well...they did chop it up a bit but it's still a great movie. Hopefully one day they will put it on in its entirety commercial free...like AMC does. I have been recording some of those movies as well

Halloween Resurrection

We saw Green Lantern in the theater last summer and thought it was quite good also. For some reason I don't think it did very well at the Box Office--at least, it underperformed.

I started to watch it on HBO but it's subtitled and I cant watch those kinds of movies...
